◆ Material : PA66 AKV 30 H2.0 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, heat-stabilized PA66 (polyamide 66) injection molding material, designed specifically for long-term high-temperature operating conditions, with resistance to oil, coolants and most solvents, as well as good self-lubricating properties.

◆ Characteristics : High thermal stability and long-term aging resistance: H2.0 thermal stability system, suitable for engine compartments and long-term high-temperature components. High strength and high rigidity: 30% glass fiber reinforcement, providing strong load-bearing capacity for structural parts. Dimensional stability and low warpage: Glass fiber inhibits shrinkage, ensuring good precision injection molding tolerances. Chemical resistance and electrical insulation: Adapted to automotive and electrical and electronic environments. Environmentally friendly and compliant: RoHS and REACH certified.

◆ Purpose : Automotive Industry: peripheral engine components (brackets, covers, fan blades, gearbox housings), chassis structural parts, connectors, sensor housings.
